Incredibly fortunate in having the support of many mentors and teachers, Tara draws upon a variety of modalities for her integrative work as a coach and healer. She bolsters her clients in cultivating full capacity of mind, body and spirit. When not connecting with clients, Tara is caring for her elderly dog Trudy, enjoying the company of friends, or at a yoga or fitness session.
