Booking Your Appointment

At Bella Fiore™, front desk team members are on site Tuesday through Sunday to assist clients with booking appointments and any scheduling needs. We do suggest that clients book two to three weeks in advance to guarantee a time that is preferable to them. Weekends and Holidays tend to book quickly, but we have a wait list in our system and the ability to accommodate last minute appointments depending on availability.

Arriving for your Appointment

For all new clients, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure adequate time for filling out New Client Intake Forms and for discussing the service with your therapist prior to the treatment. Please note that treatments may be shortened if clients arrive late or may be asked to reschedule depending on the length of the treatment. Please enjoy our relaxation lounge where you can sip on warm tea, purified water, and have light snacks before your appointment.

Bella Fiore Cancellation Policy

Bella Fiore™ has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to give us 24 hours notice for canceling your appointment, we charge the full amount of the service.

Refunds

Bella Fiore™ does not provide refunds, however, we do provide exchanges for products. All gift card purchases are final.

Attire at Bella Fiore™

Clients are welcome to arrive at Bella Fiore™ in any attire that is most comfortable for them. In service, we drape areas that are not being treated so feel free to dress down to your comfort level.

Noise at Bella Fiore

At Bella Fiore, we are in treatments throughout the day so we encourage clients to turn off any cell phones and keep voices soft while at the spa. Children are not allowed in the treatment room and need adult supervision while at the spa.

Your Health at Bella Fiore™

If you have any health conditions, allergies, or any contraindications to treatments or ingredients, please let our front desk know ahead of time so we can customize the best treatment possible for you. Also, if you are sick, please let our front desk staff know and we we gladly reschedule your appointment for a day when you are feeling better.

Gratuities

After your service, you may leave gratuity for your therapist if you wish. Fifteen to 20% gratuity is common for excellent service.

Vouchers for Bella Fiore™

At Bella Fiore™, after the promotional value has expired for a deal we will gladly honor the paid value only towards that specific treatment.

Bella Fiore™ At-Home Care

At Bella Fiore™, we take pride in the services we provide but also know that At-Home Care is just as important to maintain results achieved during service. Your therapist will provide you with a recommendation sheet with any suggestions they have for you at home before your next visit. Feel free to request any recommendations from a previous visit and we will gladly provide them.

So you can have the most enjoyable and relaxing service, please take the time to fill out our Client Consultation Card so we can customize your treatment to your specific needs and goals. Please also communicate with your therapist about your comfort so they can accommodate you throughout your entire service.
